On May 8, 2014, Colorado State Trooper Eugene Hofacker’s life was forever changed. During a routine traffic stop, he was shot in the elbow, hip and leg. Since then, he has undergone multiple surgeries. Even with such catastrophic injuries, Eugene is making incredible progress in regaining his mobility and strength. He credits the physical therapists at Howard Head Sports Medicine for helping him get results. Eugene is determined to achieve his previous level of activity, including teaching snowboarding lessons.
