A Healthy Future
“Our volunteer programs enhance the safety of our community. People can be confident we will provide world-class care even outside the hospital’s walls.” –Brandie Martin, ATC, Director, SPRI ATC Fellowship Program
Vail Health and SPRI are committed to serving Eagle County’s residents and visitors. We work together to keep them safe and well through education and community programs.
Benefiting Our Community
Your gift will strengthen and expand key community and education programs in the Vail Valley. Here are a few of the many programs your gift will support:
Residents learn from world-class physical therapists and surgeons. They provide sports medicine care for area sports teams.
Orthopaedists from around the world team up with our surgeons to learn the latest treatments and apply them to patient care.
Surgeons hone their skills with virtual-reality technology and use it to train healthcare teams across the Central Rockies.
This comprehensive program provides education and emotional and physical support for cancer patients. The program includes fitness classes, nutrition counseling, support groups, weight management and massages.
Think First educates kids to prevent injury with bike and ski helmet fittings. And we provide baseline testing for concussion management for area sports programs.
EPOC introduces local youth to front-line research through lab tours and hands-on research with SPRI scientists.
